  • Ich habe ein Reisegruppe geleitet. Alle Reiseteilnehmer haben nur lobend gesprochen, besonders hat ihnen die besonders große Freundlichkeit des Personals sowohl an der Rezeption und auch im Restaurant gefallen. Aber auch die Sauberkeit und der gute Zustand der Zimmer und der Sanitäreinrichtungen hat sehr gut gefallen. Ich möchte mich im Namen der Reisegruppe sehr herzlich bei Frau Šneberková, bei Frau Čáslavská, aber auch bei den Damen des Restaurants bedanken, die wir leider nicht mit dem Namen kennen. Liebe Direktion: sie haben ein hervorragendes Personal!

  • Ein einziger Reiseteilnehmer empfand das Wasser beim Duschen nicht warm genug - aber das war eine Ausnahme, denn alle anderen waren sehr zufrieden.
