  • The staff were extremely rude. Breakfast was awful. The GPC world technical officer jacket that was, €300 was stolen by staff members. The hotel closed early for drinks and food and were practically shoved out the door. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We were there for world championships and treated awful Rehana Maniar Gpc secretary Ireland

  • Das Hotel liegt zentral. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt weitgehend.

  • Die Frühstückszeit endet um 9 Uhr. Das ist für Urlauber zu früh. Das Frühstück ist ab 8:30 Uhr nicht mehr vielfältig, da nicht nachgefüllt wird.

  • Pokoj byl připravený a uklizený, nemám připomínek. Celkově celkem dobrý poměr cena/služby pro nenáročné hosty.

  • Vybavení pokojů, stejně jako celý hotel již něco pamatuje. Např. vnitřní dveře pochází z přelomu 80. až 90. let minulého století. V koupelně není kde pověsit ručník nebo osušku kromě miniaturního háčku na dveřích do koupelny nebo žebřinového radiátoru. Osvětlení zrcadla je docela mizivé. Vstupní dveře opatřené pouze FAB zámkem zrovna důvěru nevzbuzují. Požární čidla na pokojích zcela chybí. Pokud jsem nebyl na snídani hned v 7.00, tak třeba v 07.20 již docela vázne doplnění jídel.

  • Příjemné prostředí, klid, dostatek místa na parkování, ochotný personál na recepci.

  • Chybí klimatizace pokojů, restaurace a všech hotelových prostor !!! Neprofesionální, byť snaživý personál restaurace, dlouhé čekání na jídlo, pomalé doplňování chybějících druhů potravin (vajíčka, párky apod.) na snídani. Restaurace nepodává obědy.

  • Jenom škoda, že jsme po celodenním putování po východních Krkonoších nemohli ochutnat speciality hotelové kuchyně. Jinak všechno v pořádku, přejeme hodně spokokojených hostů.
